About this role

PTC is seeking a Senior ABM Growth Marketing Manager to lead account-based marketing for our Aerospace & Defense vertical. You will develop and execute personalized marketing programs to accelerate pipeline, expand customer relationships, and drive executive engagement within key industry accounts. This strategic role requires close collaboration with sales teams to deliver measurable business impact through data-driven ABM strategies.

What we are looking for

Lead 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for strategic Aerospace & Defense accounts
Develop personalized campaigns leveraging digital, content, events, and workshops
Partner closely with enterprise sales teams to align marketing with account plans
Drive pipeline acceleration and account expansion through targeted engagement
Execute executive engagement programs and foster senior stakeholder relationships
Measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance using marketing technologies
