Marketing Advisor

Compass is seeking a Marketing Advisor to manage and execute marketing and branding projects for real estate agents. This role involves client consultation, strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with design teams to ensure cohesive branding and impactful marketing campaigns. The position requires a strong understanding of marketing strategy, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Consult with agents to identify marketing needs and build strategic plans
• Execute marketing projects from concept to completion
• Liaise between design teams and agents
• Develop and promote product/tool value to customers
• Create strategic marketing plans across various channels
• Utilize InDesign for creative work
