Growth Marketing Lead, Paid Acquisition

Maven Clinic is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and own their paid acquisition strategy for their consumer platform. This is a 0-to-1 role focused on hands-on execution across digital channels, with accountability for CAC and subscriber quality targets. The ideal candidate has experience scaling paid acquisition in DTC health and leverages AI for faster testing and analysis.

• Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Build and scale paid acquisition engine from scratch for a DTC health platform
• Leverage AI for creative testing, campaign optimization, and data analysis
• Drive landing page and funnel experimentation
• Manage paid media budget and report on ROI
• Ensure adherence to healthcare advertising best practices
