Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager at OpenGov, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for products, features, and campaigns. You'll develop compelling messaging, craft integrated demand generation programs, and measure their impact to drive pipeline growth. This hands-on role requires a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns and establish OpenGov as the leader in AI and ERP solutions for government.

• Develop and execute integrated multi-channel growth marketing campaigns
• Create compelling marketing content and GTM messaging
• Lead end-to-end product launch plans and sales enablement
• Measure campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Utilize AI tools daily to scale content creation and analysis
• 8+ years B2B/B2G marketing experience in SaaS or high-growth environments
