As a Marketing Associate, you will develop and implement customized marketing strategies for a portfolio of properties, ensuring brand consistency and achievement of business goals. You will collaborate with onsite teams, regional leadership, and external partners to drive engagement through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and advertising.

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned property portfolios
