Join Clera, a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin, as a Werkstudent Content & Brand. You will own the company's brand presence from day one, shaping its story across LinkedIn, video, and sales materials. This role offers significant autonomy to build content from the ground up and directly impact growth.

What we are looking for

Write engaging LinkedIn content for founders and the company
Produce end-to-end image and video content (Reels, talking heads)
Maintain brand consistency across website, pitch decks, and sales materials
Build and manage a content calendar for consistent publishing
Track content performance and use data to inform strategy
Currently enrolled student available 16-20 hours/week for 12+ months
