Sportsbook Innovation Associate

FanDuel is seeking an Associate to drive customer retention and marketing innovation within the Generosity Transformation team. This role involves collaborating across departments to innovate rewards and promotions, ultimately elevating revenue-driving marketing initiatives. You will support the design and rollout of new initiatives, analyze customer pain points, and monitor the competitive landscape.

• Support design and rollout of new generosity initiatives
• Develop and maintain documentation of customer pain points
• Identify and test rewards mechanics that increase customer engagement
• Monitor competitive landscape for emerging loyalty mechanics
• 2+ years experience in innovation/transformation
• Experience managing marketing campaigns
