What we are looking for

Develop and execute portfolio-wide growth and digital marketing roadmaps
Own paid media strategy, budget, and performance across all digital channels
Lead website management, SEO, and digital guest experience initiatives
Drive CRM, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programs
Analyze performance data to optimize marketing investments and identify growth opportunities
Manage agency partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams
