Mentimeter is seeking a Senior SEO & AI Search Growth Manager to lead their organic acquisition strategy. This role involves defining and executing SEO and AI-driven discoverability strategies to ensure high-intent users find and convert on the platform. You will be responsible for keyword mapping, content creation, technical SEO, and localization, working hands-on to build and publish optimized content.

Improve discoverability through structured data and AI-era search practices
Plan and lead global SEO content creation with Brand and Product Marketing
Build and publish search-optimized, indexable pages directly in the CMS
Act as an internal voice of search, educating stakeholders on SEO and AI shifts
Drive organic acquisition strategy to ensure high-intent users find and convert
