About this role

NinjaTrader is seeking a Director of Web Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of their website as a primary growth engine. This role will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion by overseeing website development, content, and user experiences. The director will manage a team, optimize SEO and CRO, and support international expansion efforts.

Define and own website vision, strategy, and execution for NinjaTrader.com
Drive customer acquisition and revenue through website initiatives
Partner with teams to manage SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies
Own CRO strategy and champion a culture of experimentation
Lead and develop a high-performing website team
Monitor and own site health, performance, and crawlability
