ModSquad is seeking a Senior Editorial Writer and Content Strategist to cover the outsourced customer support, trust & safety landscape. This role involves interviewing executives, analyzing industry data, and crafting compelling narratives for publication under leadership bylines in relevant trade outlets. You will act as a critical voice, identifying unique stories and translating complex information into actionable insights for digital operations leaders.

• Ghostwrite executive articles for owned, social, and external channels
• Interview internal SMEs, clients, and partners for story angles
• Develop sponsored editorial and co-authored pieces for trade publishers
• Track and analyze the CX, trust & safety, and outsourcing landscape
• Produce data-led editorial, including original surveys and benchmark analyses
• Develop client stories that highlight business outcomes
