Marketing Communications Specialist

The Marketing Communications Specialist will support FHLBNY by executing and monitoring communication strategies across various departments. You will create and coordinate member-facing content, ensuring a unified and consistent message across digital, web, print, and email channels to enhance the member experience.

• Develop and execute communication strategies across digital, web, print, and email channels
• Create and align member-facing content with brand voice for a consistent experience
• Translate technical and financial information into digestible communications
• Coordinate content approvals, manage communication calendars, and support cross-functional projects
• Monitor communication analytics and report on effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and member-facing departments as a communication liaison
