Marketing Lead (f/m/d)

As Marketing Lead, you will own the marketing strategy and execution to generate qualified pipeline across the UK, Luxembourg, and Germany. You'll build and manage the marketing engine across content, events, and digital channels, working closely with product and sales teams. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the marketing function at a rapidly growing B2B scale-up.

• Own marketing pipeline contribution and set targets
• Develop and execute marketing plans and budgets for key markets
• Build content, credibility, and data insights for private markets buyers
• Create and manage an in-house events program for fund CFOs and COOs
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager on digital channels and HubSpot
• Lead and grow the marketing team
