Marketing Communications Program Manager

Ensemble is seeking a Marketing Communications Program Manager to lead our media relations, thought leadership, and awards programs. You will build relationships with key reporters and internal stakeholders to identify and amplify compelling stories that showcase Ensemble's expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management. This role is crucial for strengthening our brand visibility and driving meaningful communication outcomes.

• Lead proactive media relations and thought leadership initiatives
• Build and deepen relationships with healthcare and business reporters
• Develop and pitch timely story opportunities
• Manage awards and recognition programs
• Measure and report on communications program performance
• 5-7 years of PR, communications, or journalism experience
