STV is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support their Transportation North Marketing group in New York, NY. • Support marketing team in preparing qualifications statements and proposals
• Coordinate and maintain marketing and business development materials
• Manage and update information in marketing databases
• Provide client lead tracking and documentation
• Assist with research, layout, editing, and production of marketing collateral
• 1-3 years experience in proposal process/writing and proficiency in Adobe InDesign
