Senior Marketing Executive

Kainos is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for their Workday Services Practice. This role involves driving brand awareness, generating leads, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. You will also manage a small team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners like Workday, Microsoft, and AWS.

• Develop and own marketing plans, campaigns, and content programs
• Execute campaigns to generate brand awareness, support recruitment, and fuel sales pipeline
• Report on campaign success and ROI to key stakeholders
• Manage marketing budget and ensure timely, within-budget delivery
• Utilize a range of marketing techniques including digital advertising, social media, SEO, and events
• Manage, coach, and develop a small team of marketing staff
