Director of Growth Marketing

Courier Health is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead demand generation, marketing operations, and events. This role will drive strategy and execution across various channels to convert market interest into qualified opportunities and loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, a strong understanding of marketing operations, and a proven ability to build and scale demand generation programs.

• Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, organic, email, and events
• Develop and manage the company's events program, including industry conferences
• Create and implement field marketing and account-based marketing strategies
• Refine attribution models, reporting infrastructure, and lead scoring frameworks
• Foster a culture of experimentation and leverage AI tools for program optimization
• Manage and develop a team of individual contributors
