Marketing Content & Program Manager

Sci is seeking a Marketing Content & Program Manager to support their Digital Marketing team in Houston, TX. This role will manage operational systems, workflows, and cross-functional processes to ensure marketing strategies are efficiently executed from intake to delivery. You will serve as the central point for digital marketing requests, coordinating across various workstreams, optimizing processes, and reporting on outcomes to drive team capacity and revenue.

• Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of digital marketing requests
• Balance workloads and timelines across internal teams, agencies, and vendors
• Implement, document, and maintain scalable marketing and content operations processes
• Serve as internal agile facilitator and partner with digital product team
• Produce recurring reporting on project status, process health, and initiative outcomes
• Identify and recommend growth opportunities and process improvements
