Director, Search Engine Marketing

Lead and grow our Search Marketing practice by managing multiple teams and client portfolios. You will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge search and digital account strategies, fostering client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. • Manage multiple client portfolios and lead cross-functional search marketing teams
• Develop and implement paid search strategies and testing methodologies
• Drive new business engagements from RFP to client transition
• Mentor junior staff and champion a test/learn innovation culture
• 8+ years of direct SEM experience with a focus on direct response campaigns
• Expertise in bid optimization platforms and site analytics programs
