Growth Marketing, Creative and Ad Operations

OpenAI is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to build and manage the creative and advertising operations system for their paid marketing programs. This role involves connecting creative and growth marketing teams, establishing processes for ad production and launch, and ensuring operational accuracy and scalability. You will translate growth priorities into creative briefs, coordinate assets, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.

• Build and manage end-to-end paid creative operating system
• Connect Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, agencies, and production partners
• Partner with Growth Marketing to build and maintain creative testing roadmaps
• Develop and maintain tools and processes for creative production
• Track creative test results and document learnings
• Improve workflows, templates, reporting, and automation
