Senior Marketing Manager

IFF is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing strategies and growth initiatives for our Food Ingredients business in North America. You will develop compelling value propositions, create marketing assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new initiatives from concept to launch. This hybrid role, based in New Century, KS, offers a unique opportunity to be a category expert and contribute to sustainable innovations in the food industry.

• Drive regional marketing strategies and growth initiatives in North America
• Develop value propositions and marketing assets for new initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and Innovation teams
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Serve as a category expert for Bakery and Bars & Confectionery
• 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in food ingredients
