VP, Growth Marketing

Cockroach Labs is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to lead a new, unified function encompassing pipeline creation, marketing operations, and account programs. This role requires a systems thinker to integrate demand generation strategy, marketing technology, AI-powered workflows, and account-based marketing into a cohesive operating model. You will own the marketing engine, drive digital demand generation, and scale innovative AI-driven initiatives.

• Own pipeline creation across paid and organic channels
• Manage the end-to-end marketing technology stack
• Oversee SDR operations and automation tooling
• Develop ICP modeling and data infrastructure for attribution
• Lead agentic-led account play motion and scaling
• Build self-serve campaign execution infrastructure
