Coordinate high-velocity web marketing workstreams, ensuring seamless execution and cross-team communication. You will manage meeting rhythms, track action items, groom backlogs, and maintain roadmap visibility to keep the team focused and projects on schedule.
What we are looking for
6- Manage operating rhythm for SEO/AEO/CRO meetings and web team standups
- Maintain AEO/SEO and CRO backlogs and track action items
- Facilitate communication across workstreams and with agencies
- Support quarterly web launch coordination and status reporting
- 4+ years experience in marketing program management
- Proficiency with backlog and project tracking tools
