Sr. Growth Manager, Agents

Oscilar is seeking a Sr. Growth Manager to scale the AI Agents product's growth engine. This hands-on role focuses on pipeline generation and progression, requiring close collaboration with Sales, BDRs, and Product Marketing. You will design and execute creative programs across various channels, analyze campaign performance, and iterate on strategy based on learnings.

• Own growth programs to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline for Oscilar Agents
• Identify high-potential audiences, use cases, personas, signals, and channels
• Build repeatable growth motions and test new ideas aggressively
• Translate campaign learnings into recommendations for the GTM organization
• Develop targeted campaigns for strategic accounts and new market segments
• Launch and iterate programs across outbound email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and paid channels
