Target is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing Strategy to elevate the in-store experience to the digital space. This role focuses on driving top-of-funnel engagement across Target.com and the app, optimizing digital performance, and delivering seamless shopping experiences. You will develop and execute guest engagement strategies, leveraging data and insights to enhance conversion and customer journeys.
