Growth Marketing Lead

General Legal is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and manage their digital and content marketing efforts. This hands-on role will drive awareness, demand, and pipeline for legal services by owning SEO, paid acquisition, content creation, and campaign performance, working closely with sales to convert marketing efforts into revenue.

• Plan and publish content including blog, case studies, email, and social media
• Develop content calendar aligned with SEO strategy and target audience needs
• Own SEO and AEO strategy and execution
• Plan and run paid acquisition campaigns and manage budget and ROI
• Set up and maintain marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting
• Run experiments to identify and scale growth channels
