Sr. Growth Marketing Manager

Alkami is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to independently design, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role leverages advanced expertise in digital marketing, account-based marketing, and marketing automation to manage multi-channel campaigns across the buyer lifecycle. You will analyze performance data, adapt strategies, and collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to achieve go-to-market objectives.

• Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
• Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for effectiveness
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams on lead qualification and follow-up
• Leverage marketing automation platforms for nurture streams and scoring
• 3-6 years of demand generation experience in SaaS, FinTech, or MarTech
