Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketing

Rite-Hite is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive operational excellence within our marketing team. You will establish new processes, manage projects in Asana, and develop systems for AI-assisted research and marketing analytics. This role is key to enhancing our customer experience program and performance reporting.

• Manage Asana projects and marketing operations infrastructure
• Develop systems for AI-assisted research and content storage
• Establish processes for the emerging Customer Experience (CX) program
• Enhance marketing analytics and performance reporting workflows
• Create documentation and training for new processes and tools
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations or project management
