Lead growth initiatives for a fast-scaling AI communication SaaS company, reporting directly to the CEO. You will own the entire growth funnel, manage a significant budget, and lead a global marketing team, driving the majority of company revenue.

• Own end-to-end marketing and product-marketing initiatives
• Hold full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly budget
• Build, hire, coach, and scale a global marketing team
• Define growth strategy and KPIs
• Proven track record in a global growth or marketing leadership role
• Experience in B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS environment
