Justworks is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue through their partner ecosystem. This role involves designing and executing co-branded field programs, building integrated campaigns, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align with regional goals.

• Design and execute integrated field marketing programs tied to pipeline goals
• Serve as the primary field marketing partner to Channel Sales, Broker Partnerships, and Technology Alliances
• Plan and manage co-branded field programs including events, webinars, and local activations
• Build integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, and partner channels
• Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and optimize program investment
• Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and MDF
