This role supports a network of partner dental practices in the Detroit area by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive patient growth and revenue. The specialist will focus on in-person relationship building, coordinating marketing programs, and tracking performance to ensure measurable results.

• Execute in-person referral outreach
• Develop annual marketing plans with monthly activities
• Monitor and manage marketing expenses, focusing on ROI
• Track and report monthly performance on key indicators
• Assist in digital strategy development and social media management
• 3 years of experience in referral-based marketing required
