Marketing Project Manager

Vinik Sports Group and the Tampa Bay Lightning are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of creative and marketing initiatives. This role acts as a key liaison between the Marketing team and various internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional skilled in managing complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Manage intake, planning, and execution of marketing and creative projects
• Serve as liaison between Marketing and cross-functional internal departments
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder approvals
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and obstacles
• Coordinate with external vendors for production and delivery
• Ensure projects align with brand standards and organizational objectives
