Assistant Store Director

This role supports the Store Director in managing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, financial performance, and physical upkeep. The Assistant Store Director will learn and execute corporate plans, conduct inspections, manage budgets, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Support Store Director in daily operations
• Manage store profitability and financial aspects
• Ensure departments are staffed and operating efficiently
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and equipment
• Train and supervise staff
