About this role

As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will build and lead CareerMD's comprehensive marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C channels. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads for our sales pipeline, strengthening our brand among healthcare employers, and growing our network of engaged physicians and advanced practice providers. You will leverage your deep digital direct response experience and analytical skills to optimize performance and drive measurable growth in a rapidly expanding market.

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy to generate MQLs and SQLs
Drive B2C marketing to grow physician and provider network engagement
Own and optimize email marketing while building a diversified multi-channel approach
Establish and manage performance marketing metrics and analytics
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams
Deep digital direct response and two-sided marketplace experience
