Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

iFIT is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to scale their subscriber base and optimize customer lifetime value. This remote role involves developing high-performing creative concepts and messaging across various growth channels, leading go-to-market strategies for new features, and analyzing acquisition performance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a strong analytical and creative approach.

• Develop creative concepts, messaging, and copy for paid social, paid search, and app acquisition
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new product features and launches
• Analyze acquisition and subscription performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
• Partner with Performance Marketing, Creative, and Product teams
• 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
• Experience with subscription-based businesses and mobile app growth
