Digital Marketing Director

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead enterprise-wide digital marketing strategy and execution. This senior role involves overseeing web development, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management to drive digital transformation and measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with various business units and leadership teams, leveraging your expertise in modern digital marketing platforms and performance disciplines.

• Lead digital marketing vision, roadmap, and execution across a multi-business-unit enterprise
• Oversee web strategy, governance, SEO, AEO, and GEO for GAIG.com and subsidiary sites
• Develop and operationalize enterprise marketing measurement, attribution, and reporting
• Lead, develop, and retain a team of digital marketing and martech professionals
• Partner with business units, IT, and other departments to align digital initiatives with business goals
• 15+ years in digital marketing with 8+ years in leadership roles, enterprise martech platform experience
