Director, Brand & Communications

Formation Bio is seeking a Director, Brand & Communications to shape and tell the story of their AI-driven drug development company. This role involves managing external brand and media relations, supporting brand initiatives, and maintaining brand operations, working closely with co-founders and the Head of Brand & Communications.

• Manage media relations across legacy, trade, new, and independent media
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media figures
• Expand PR and communications strategy for pipeline drug assets
• Track media landscape and emerging narratives
• Support executive positioning and thought leadership
• Plan and execute external brand initiatives and events
