Senior Marketing Specialist

ICF is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join their energy marketing team in the Philadelphia area. This role focuses on planning, developing, and implementing marketing and advertising strategies to promote energy efficiency efforts for clients. The specialist will work with internal creative and media teams, manage client relationships, and use data to inform campaign optimization.

• Support marketing and advertising efforts for energy efficiency programs in the Philadelphia area
• Serve as a client-facing contributor, organizing updates and presenting recommendations
• Collaborate with creative and media services teams for campaign development and deployment
• Utilize research and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and optimization
• Manage the review and approval process for marketing materials
• Prepare reports on marketing program activities and results for clients
