Manager, Influencer & Community

Madewell is seeking a Manager, Influencer & Community to develop and execute influencer partnerships that build brand awareness, deepen engagement, and drive conversion. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and cultivating relationships with creators who embody Madewell's values and resonate with the brand's audience. The ideal candidate will blend creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to scale the influencer program.

• Develop and execute influencer partnerships to build brand awareness and drive conversion
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with creators
• Manage paid influencer partnerships end-to-end
• Build creator seeding lists and lead organic gifting/seeding efforts
• Generate performance reporting and manage influencer budgets
• Mentor junior team members and interns
