PR & Marketing Coordinator

Four Seasons is seeking a PR & Marketing Coordinator for their Beverly Wilshire hotel in Beverly Hills. This full-time, hourly role provides administrative support to the PR and Sales teams, assists with marketing collateral and website updates, and manages guest communications. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Provide Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant support
• Assist with design and coordination of hotel signage and collateral
• Update hotel websites and third-party platforms
• Conduct grammatical reviews of guest-facing materials
• Track and organize online reviews
• Manage projects related to sales and marketing initiatives
