What we are looking for

Develop and execute annual GAIN Business strategic and operational plan
Lead strategy, development, and execution of practice economics and business-focused educational initiatives
Conduct needs assessments to identify customer business challenges and educational gaps
Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for GAIN Business initiatives
Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to inform strategy
Partner with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and Sales leadership
