Marketing Operations Coordinator

Wellstar is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the marketing department. This role supports the Chief Marketing Officer by coordinating daily operations, including budget administration, vendor management, contract coordination, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will improve transparency and align projects with organizational goals.

• Manage departmental budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract administration, renewals, and compliance
• Support intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across marketing teams
• Monitor creative and project throughput to ensure alignment with priorities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications for stakeholders
• Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, documentation, and governance
