Delta Faucet is seeking a Digital Marketing Technology Manager to lead the development, delivery, and support of digital marketing and content platforms. This role focuses on marketing automation, web content management, search, analytics, and social media technologies within the B2C space. You will act as a trusted advisor, solving complex challenges and maturing the enterprise digital marketing strategy.

• Lead digital marketing technology strategy and roadmap development
• Manage and govern digital marketing platforms (marketing automation, CMS, PIM/DAM)
• Partner with business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
• Oversee project delivery for scope, budget, and timeliness
• Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing operations and support
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and generative AI tools
