Head of Social Media

Philo is seeking a strategic and creative Head of Social Media to lead its organic social presence across entertainment and culture. This role involves owning social strategy, editorial planning, and content creation, with a strong focus on short-form video. You will collaborate with various teams and external creators to ensure Philo's social presence is timely, consistent, and engaging.

• Own organic social strategy, editorial calendar, and channel approach
• Create, film, edit, design, publish, and optimize platform-native social content
• Develop social campaigns around programming, cultural moments, and initiatives
• Oversee community management, moderation, and escalation standards
• Use performance data and audience insights to inform strategy
• Support influencer and creator partnerships
