The specialist will also support website operations and collaborate with analytics, SEO, and UX teams.

• Lead cross-functional digital projects from planning to completion
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and technology partners
• Optimize digital marketing platforms and website operations
• Manage intake, ticketing, and workflow using tools like Jira
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
• Maintain digital governance and support content updates
