Junior Analyst - Marketing

StepStone is seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to support our Marketing & Communications team in La Jolla. This role involves assisting with content creation, drafting communications, and managing local office events. You'll gain experience in a fast-paced environment, working on diverse projects and contributing to our global private markets expertise.

• Assist with marketing material creation, formatting, and branding review
• Support content library maintenance and user training
• Draft communications campaigns and manage thought leadership trackers
• Serve as on-site contact for local events and manage swag inventory
• Develop AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Gain experience in content development, event planning, and marketing communications
