Marketing & Communications Specialist

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and implement various communication projects. This role involves developing content for internal and external audiences, managing communication channels, and supporting media relations. The specialist will translate complex topics into understandable information and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

• Lead internal communications initiatives and develop compelling narratives
• Create written, video, and new media content for company news and launches
• Manage internal editorial/content calendar and partner with HR on campaigns
• Support media relations, write trade releases, and track earned media
• Translate complex business and engineering topics into accessible content
• Apply brand guidelines and perform analytics reporting for communication effectiveness
