Senior Manager, Executive Engagement Programs & Managing Editor

Workato is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Engagement Programs & Managing Editor to build and lead the community program for CIOnews.com. This role involves developing strategy, designing programs, and fostering relationships with senior technology leaders to create a new voice for IT leadership in the AI era.

• Build and lead executive engagement programs for CIOs, CTOs, and Enterprise Architects
• Develop strategy, program design, and operations for a new community function
• Source, recruit, and shape story ideas from community relationships
• Partner with editorial teams to translate conversations into content (podcasts, columns)
• Manage member lifecycle, onboarding, and engagement
• Represent CIOnews credibly in executive forums and events
