Director, Biopharma & Consortia Engagement

Lead Natera's Biopharma Marketing engagement strategy, developing external-facing programs to strengthen partner relationships and create opportunities. This senior individual contributor role focuses on translating oncology business development priorities into impactful congress presence, executive events, and KOL/consortia engagement plans.

• Develop and lead annual biopharma engagement plan, including congress strategy and executive events
• Build and maintain KOL, consortia, and account influence maps
• Serve as primary marketing interface to Events function and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Translate scientific data and market insights into compelling narratives and event materials
• Manage external agencies, vendors, budgets, and track program ROI
• Strong oncology fluency and external stakeholder management required
