Growth Marketing Manager

Alternative Payments is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive qualified demand through paid media and webinars. You will own day-to-day paid acquisition across major platforms and expand our webinar program, connecting campaigns directly to sales pipeline. This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling B2B SaaS growth.

• Own paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Expand paid channel portfolio through disciplined experiments
• Own and grow the full webinar program
• Connect webinars to demand generation and sales pipeline
• Build practical AI workflows for marketing operations
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience
